Role Purpose: Manage and oversee all aspects of process engineering projects, including planning, design, implementation, and evaluation. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the process engineering team, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process-related issues, and develop and implement solutions. Monitor and analyze process performance data, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, advancements, and best practices, and apply them to improve processes and operations. Train and develop the process engineering team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Manage and optimize the use of resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to meet project objectives. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
